To cancel your order before it ships, look in your order confirmation email for this link:
If the order has not yet shipped, this link will let you automatically cancel and refund your order.
If your order has already shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. It's on it's way. If you want to return it for a refund once it arrives, you can do that. See how to return an order.
If you want to cancel just because the address is wrong, we can also fix that with an address change instead.
To change your shipping address
Please visit cut.com/addresschange right away. This is a form you can fill out to tell us your corrected address.
This form goes directly to the shipping center, and they check it before each batch of shipments.
You can also submit a cancellation request via this form, but it does not automatically refund your order. We check this form regularly and will submit the refund if the order has not already shipped.
It's just a form, so it will accept your submission no matter what. However, we cannot cancel or change your order if it has already shipped.
