Generally speaking, unless we tell you otherwise, we ship orders in one package.
We sometimes split orders if we have inventory in two separate places – but we try our best to email you in advance to let you know when to expect this.
If you receive a box that is missing part of your order, or contains the wrong thing, it may be a packing error. We will correct this if you let us know about the problem!
Please send us a photo of what you received (including the address label) and we'll get you sorted out.
