If you aren’t sure if you provided us with your shipping address
If you don't recall receiving an email from us in August 2019, and then filling out a form to give us your address, then it's possible we never got your shipping address to actually send the game out.
We sent out those surveys in August, and followed up with everyone again in January 2020 – our apologies if those emails were missed or went to spam!
Or perhaps they went to some different email address that is associated with your Kickstarter account, but that you don't check anymore. That's pretty common.
Email us at games@cut.com, or use the contact form at the bottom of this page, to get in touch. We'll check our master list to match you up with your pledge. We'll then provide a new link so you can submit your address.
We'll honor an unshipped Kickstarter pledge indefinitely.
If you did provide us with your address, but your order didn’t arrive
The most likely situation in this case is that your order was lost in transit. We can check into the situation and see if a reshipment is possible.
When the order originally shipped, you should have gotten an order confirmation email starting with CUT-. If you can provide that order number, it'll make it easier for us to look up the shipment.
But we can also look it up by your name or email address.
