At present, we ship to the following locations:
Generally speaking, we can ship to any address that USPS serves. We ship all US orders via USPS.
Any shipment must be addressed to the person who lives at that place. The mail carrier may not recognize your name at your friend's address, or think it's an old resident or something like that. This a common reason for packages to be returned to sender by the post office.
If you have a remote address, and normally get mail at a PO box instead
Place the order with your PO box address. If the address doesn't come up in the USPS database, the order will go on hold while we contact you to clarify.
If your building is new and not in the USPS database yet
It will depend on whether you can get mail at all. If you normally get mail OK at that address, we may still contact you to clarify, but with your approval we'll still send the package to wherever you tell us we should.
If you are away at school
Please be sure to follow your school's guidelines for address formatting. A school mailbox is usually not written as "PO box" – that term is reserved for actual post offices, and putting that on your box will likely get it routed to the closest post office and left in someone's box there.
(Some schools do have actual USPS post offices on site that do have actual PO boxes. Check the guidelines!)
If you are in the military
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO, enter your shipping country as United States no matter where you are stationed.

If you cannot receive mail via USPS
Have it sent to a friend instead? idk
We usually ship orders via Canada Post from the US.
You may get a Canada Post tracking number that doesn't update right away – that means it's still making its way to Canada. The tracking will start updating once it enters the country and is accepted by Canada Post.
You can also order our games from Amazon.ca.
You can also order our games from Amazon.co.uk. That might be the fastest and cheapest way to get them to you.
If you order them from our site, we will ship them via the best method available. Sometimes we may have Amazon ship them. Other times we will ship from the US or from China, depending on the stock we have available in each warehouse.
We do not ship to Russia or most countries in Eastern Europe. We recommend the use of a mail forwarding service like Reship to get packages to you from the US.
We cannot ship to Italy or Spain at the moment. When the COVID lockdowns ease, we hope international mail service will resume.
We can ship to these European countries:
Asia and Oceania
We serve these countries from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
When these packages are sent, often the local tracking number (for example, Australia Post or NZ Post) doesn't start working until it actually enters your country.
So there may be a period where the local tracking looks like nothing is happening. Meanwhile, the package itself is crossing the ocean from China toward your country.
Then, once it enters your local postal system, the local tracking starts updating, and once that happens, you'll get a better indication of when it's actually coming.
Orders to China, Hong Kong, and Macao
Please submit your name and shipping address in Chinese when placing the order.
Orders to Taiwan
Please submit your name and address in Chinese, and include your Taiwan ID number (you can put it in one of the address fields, we'll parse it out). The ID number must match your name in order to clear Taiwanese customs. Per customs guidelines, you must have your identity verified in the EZ WAY app in order for the shipment to be processed.
Orders to South Korea
Please include your PCCC number with your address, if you have one. (Instructions here.)
Orders to Bahrain and UAE
Must be to a physical address, not a PO Box. The deliveries will be made by Aramex.
We can ship to these Asian/Pacific countries:
Americas and Africa
We do ship to Mexico and Canada. We cannot ship to Brazil or any other country in Central America, South America, or the Caribbean.
We cannot ship to any country in Africa except South Africa.
For all other countries, we recommend the use of a mail forwarding service like Reship to get packages to you from the US.
